Doug Raelson is the President of the Company and a Director. Doug was previously a Partner at Battle Fowler LLP, then Of Counsel at Paul Hastings LLP. Most recently he was General Counsel at Fisher Brothers, a family-owned real estate development, leasing and management company.  He is currently the Manager of Arnold Systems LLC, the largest shareholder of, and the predecessor to, ResHydro, having succeeded Dr. Lee Arnold in this position. Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College and subsequently obtained a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Colin C. Kerr, Vice President - Engineering colinkerr@eastlink.ca

Colin Kerr was a long time associate of company founder Dr. Lee Arnold since the 1980s. Together, they developed the HCR system while Colin was employed as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Windstream Power Systems of Burlington, Vermont, overseeing research and development, engineering design and manufacturing of wind and hydroelectric turbines, permanent magnet generators and renewable energy power systems. He is also the Technical Director of InvestmenTechnology, an energy research and technology holding group. Colin is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, where he received his BSc in physics and mathematics followed by graduate studies in the same field. He was awarded the Mann Medal in Practical Science by Upper Canada College in Toronto, and has served as vice-chair of the SCOPEER committee of the Canadian Standards Association, active in the international development of renewable energy standards.
